Accounting

The department is headed by our Financial Services Director, and has the advantage of having a Collections Manager whose only job is to collect rents, and follow up on those tenants who might be delinquent.

 

Property Management

This department is headed by a Property Management Director with over ten years of experience in the field.  He is backed by four other property managers, including the Retail Commercial Property Manager who oversees all of our commercial properties as well as our on-staff maintenance personnel.

 

Leasing

This department is multi-talented, with a combined retail leasing experience of over 50 years.  Specifically, we have three agents who specialize in serving your retail leasing needs.
